This is a great question! Maybe a better question is, “Why do you want to run?” It’s good for my cardiovascular system and good for my waistline. I really like eating food that is full of taste (and calories), so I thought I’d run to balance all of that out.
My goal is to drop another 5 lbs, one dress size, and to be able to run a few 5k’s this season. There are fun races all over town that support good causes, so I’ll jump in to some of those soon!
