1 Simple Lifestyle Technique to Enhancing Your Entire Life

I’m no expert, but I do try to surround myself around those credible people that seem to know what they’re talking about in any given category.

Today, I happen to be talking about holistic life enhancement. “What are you even talking about Evan?” you ask…. Well, two words. Intermittent Fasting. The concept is pretty straight forward. Eat all your daily calories in a several hour time frame and then fast for the remainder of that 24 hour period. This particular type of fasting seems to have swept the world with more and more people jumping on board. The list of benefits are mind boggling and seem to dramatically improve not only body fat percentage, but also cognitive function as well!
